Copenhagen to Oslo

August 9, 2013

We spent the night of the 8th in Copenhagen.  We drove 7 hours to get there.  It was an overnight stay on our way to Oslo to see the fjords.  We did get a chance to see Tivoli Gardens as we walked by it on our way to dinner.  We walked the Stroget street which is the longest pedestrian shopping street in Europe.  Dinner was at MASH.  It was an American style steakhouse serving beef from all over the world.  Rita needed her fix of beef on her Tour De Food!!!  Did I mention that they made a great cosmopolitan which is not always easy to find in Europe.  After dinner we visited Nyhaven, the canal area of Copenhagen.  It is filled with nice bars and restaurants.

Goodnight.  Love and miss all. –Norm & Rita

This is hanging in MASH. Great place to get your steak on!

  1. OMG!! When I get back, I’m going to have to be a contestant on The Biggest Loser!! Seriously, I’m going to have to get my a_ _ in high gear and kick it big time! I’ll be dreading that, especially in December. But for now, it’s just to hard to not try these different things and the wine…. well, what can I say??
