June 9, 2013–date line Barcelona.  We had a great time in Edinburgh.  Would strongly recommend you visiting it.  We enjoyed the city, the people and the food.  We visited the Scottish National Museum, the Registry of Scottish citizens and the Castle.  Tried to find some information on my family tree, but their computers only went back to 1855 and I was looking for the Garvin’s of Dumbarton in 1649.  We left Edinburgh on Saturday morning.  The train ride back to London was delayed and it took 6 hours instead of 4.  Ugh!   Rita planned a special dinner in London for me on our last evening (the 8th) at J. Sheekey Restaurant.  Unfortunately, we didn’t recognize a thing on the menu so we went walking around London looking for a place to eat.  We came upon Nobu’s and had a great meal of Asian appetizers.  Got home late, for us, around 1:00 AM.  Norm & Rita.

This is a true fact. After reading this history of our pub, we decided to NOT buy real estate and return to London for one last hurrah!
