We arrived in Brugge early enough to get Rita’s first Belgium Waffle!! It was great.  We spent the afternoon in Brugge, Belgium.  It was a lovely village built on a series of canals.  We took a boat trip through the canals and saw beautiful homes, squares, churches and flowers blooming everywhere. Brugge was a nice stop on our way from Lille to Brussels.
